INVENTOR CLUB

WELCOME TO INVENTOR CLUB!

Inventor Club is my weekly club for children and young people, usually aged 7-14 years old.

Every week I set fun STEAM challenges to engage, inspire and equip the innovators and inventors of the future. Sometimes the challenges are complete in one session, other times our projects go over several weeks.

Sessions focus on:

  • STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics)
  • Brainstorming
  • Cardboard modelling
  • Design challenges
  • Engineering Principles
  • Communication
  • Embracing and learning from failure
  • Problem solving
  • Idea generation
  • Sketching
  • Basic electronics – motors, switches, lights etc
  • Teamwork
  • Presentation skills

“In my whole life, this is literally the very best thing I have ever created, invented or built!
Children are the future of our world and we need to make sure that the world is going to be in safe hands. Ensuring that our children are inspired to observe the world around them, spot opportunities and propose solutions is my key aim with Inventor Club”
